Stage 1
Initial Consultation & Proposal
We’ve been in touch for a short time and now it’s time to meet. We love to see the space we are working on ideally, although we are flexible and have big imaginations too, so tell us everything. These meetings are the foundations of the design brief and allow eat.bathe.live to realise your interior potential.
Stage 2
Concept Design & Site Review
This is where the shape and the colour take form, with focus on the styling additions that define your project! We design a scope of works & concept designs that specifically fit your brief, getting into the nitty gritty around colour palettes, themes, layouts and floorplans. Detailed onsite measurements are taken and we consult with our trades to discuss building opportunities and frame the budget considerations of your project.
Stage 3
Design Development
It’s formal, not final, this is the proposal stage when the true design intent is presented for your perusal. Conceptual proposals of distinctive designs and themes, including selections of finishes, fittings, fixtures and cabinetry are visually collated and refined to meet your preferences. 3D renders, plans and elevations, with specifications for custom joinery, furniture and artwork inspirations are included.
Stage 4
Design Documentation
Now it’s final stages and it’s the detail that counts. The design documentation is presented, entailing worked drawings, specifications schedules listing all fittings, finishes and cabinetry hardware customised for your project. It’s our eye for detail that makes success so sexy.
Stage 5
Tender & Estimation
Now that your design is complete, we will meet on site with the trade team to go through the design details. We ensure that the selected trades provide you with accurate costings for your project based off our detailed documentation package, neatly accompanied with a proposed timeline for the works. We review and collate these details and provide you with detailed costings for your selected furnishings to ensure you have a full view of the total project investment.
Stage 6
Design Management
This is the joy stage, the joy of watching a team of trades work to a design schedule to complete your project from the bones up. Consistent and direct communication will keep you in the loop as you witness cabinetry fit outs, fittings, fixings and furnishings that elevate every baited expectation in completion.
Stage 7
Project Review & Completion
This moment reflects the integrity of our core business. We oversee every detail of installations and provide trade warranties to guarantee our signature standards. The graduation from imagination to realisation as you celebrate every deliberate consideration reflecting you in your home.
